By using the site or buying credits, you agree to these Terms.
1. What credits are
Credits are a digital license to generate AI content (AI verses) on God of Bars. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are consumed when used. Credits are not currency, tokens, or an investment.
2. Eligibility — 18+
God of Bars is for adults 18 and older. The platform generates battle-rap content that includes explicit language, mature themes, and adult content. By using the service you affirm you are at least 18 and consent to viewing mature content.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use God of Bars to: break any law; harass, threaten, or defame a real person; generate content that is illegal, incites violence, or targets a protected group with hate; infringe anyone's intellectual property; or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund.
4. No refunds
Credit purchases are final. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.
5. Content disclaimer
AI-generated verses are automated and fictional. They do not represent our views and may be inaccurate or offensive. You are responsible for how you use output you generate.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Southern Enhancement Consultant Firm LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be handled in the courts located in Alabama.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
